How do I register?
Click the "Register for Camp" button in the upper left-hand corner of our website to complete your secure online registration.
Balance is due upon registration. Registration information will accompany confirmation notification.
How do I pay?
Secure online payments are available via Credit Card or E-Check (an E-Check allows you to Register online using your checking account by simply typing in your Account Number and Routing Number from the bottom of your check).
Refund policy:
A CANCELLATION DUE TO PERSONAL INJURY OR A FAMILY EMERGENCY WILL ALLOW THE CAMPER TO RECEIVE A REFUND LESS A $50 ADMINISTRATIVE FEE. TO RECEIVE A REFUND UNDER THESE CIRCUMSTANCES, THE CAMPER MUST PROVIDE: 1) A NOTE FROM THE ATTENDING PHYSICIAN STATING THE NATURE OF THE INJURY ON DOCTOR'S STATIONARY; OR 2) HAVE A PARENT CONTACT US TO EXPLAIN THE NATURE OF THE FAMILY EMERGENCY.
THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS FOR NO SHOWS.
How do I know if I'm confirmed for camp?
Upon completing registration you'll receive a confirmation email with important camp information and a receipt of your purchase.

What should I bring to the camp?
- Tennis Racquets (at least 2)
- Shorts (8 pairs minimum)
- T-shirts (8 minimum)
- Tennis Shoes – smooth sole (no running/jogging shoes on court)
- Socks
- Casual Clothes (jeans, shorts, etc.)
- Sleeping Garments
- Toothbrush/Toothpaste
- Sunblock
- Soap/Shampoo
- Washcloth/Towels
- Pillow/Pillowcases
- Sheets (twin, long)
- Blanket
- Toiletries
- Entertainment (games, books, radio, etc.)
- Water Bottle
- POSITIVE ATTITUDE
Campers can bring a small amount of spending money. Tennis camp t-shirts will be given to campers. Food deliveries are available to be ordered personally by 8:30pm each night.
OVERNIGHT CAMPERS ONLY

Any medication they may need during the week-Tylenol, Advil

When and Where is check-in?
For overnight campers, check-in is at the Alpha Gamma Delta Sorority House (530 S Milledge Ave, Athens, GA 30605 at the Corner of Baxter and Milledge) between 2pm-3pm. They will then ride the bus over to the tennis complex.
Day campers will check-in at the Dan Magill Tennis Complex between 2:30-3pm.
Housing guidelines are as follows:
- Two Campers assigned per room, roommate requests will try to be honored.
- Coaches/Counselors also stay in the house.
- Rules will be outlined on the first evening.
How can I get directions to camp?
Dan Magill Tennis Complex shows up on all maps. The address to the sorority house is:
Which meals are provided?
Overnight Campers - Overnight Campers will receive dinner on the first night, breakfast, lunch and dinner during the full days of camp and Breakfast on the last day.
Extended Day Campers - Extended Day Campers will receive dinner the first night and lunch and dinner during the full days of camp.
Day Campers - Day Camper will receive dinner on the first night, lunch the rest of the days.
Can I come and watch my camper?
Yes, you can attend any session you please. We just ask that you watch from the stands and not on the courts.
Can I or another family member take my camper to lunch?
Yes, if it is a family friend or non relative then we will need a permission notice from the parent allowing it.
When is drop off/pick up for Day Campers?
Day campers need to be dropped off each morning at the Dan Magill Tennis Complex at 8:45am. They need to be picked up at the courts after the afternoon session at 4:45pm
Extended Day Campers - Extended Day Campers will be dropped off each morning at the Dan Magill Tennis Complex at 8:45 am. Pick up at courts or at the sorority house following dinner and evening activities no later than 8:30 pm.
How are the groups divided up?
We divide our camp into groups based on level of play (UTR when applicable) within a relative age difference of 1-2-3 years...sometimes more. We try to keep kids that can do similar drills together and will challenge them at their own level.
When and where is the awards ceremony?
We will have our Closing Ceremony at 11am on Thursday at The Dan Magill Tennis Complex. Parents and friends of the family are welcome. If we finish and nobody is there to pick up the camper, we will take him back to the sorority house. Please make plans to pick up campers no later than noon.
Phones available?
There are not phones available in the sorority house but campers can always use a coaches phone to make a call if they need to. We encourage campers with cell phones to leave them in their room or in their bags during their time on court.
Is there medical staff at camp?
A certified athletic trainer will be available at the UGA training room and on call in the evening if necessary. Our trainers do not have medication to give out, you must supply your own.
ICE and WATER will be provided at all training sessions.
Any discounts offered?
An Early Bird Registration Discount of 10% runs from December 15th to January 15th. We also offer a $50 sibling discount for the 2nd Camper, and a $50 multi-session discount. The first camps and sibling registrations are full price. These discounts apply only to additional registrations.
Due to NCAA regulations we can not offer discounts to one individual without offering it to everyone.
